The journey to higher education can be pretty daunting. 

So many schools, course tracks, and considerations must be paved for prospective students. They must navigate through what can be an overwhelming amount of information to set a path that will shape their future.

The Find Your Program app is designed to allow universities and colleges to provide prospective students with the ability to view their program offerings, make specific selections and receive information specific to those selections. They have the ability to share this information with other individuals (e.g., mentors, guidance counselors, parents, etc.) who may influential in guiding a student’s decision on which program track(s) they should pursue.

The other benefit of this function is that it provides the university with data and influential leads they can follow up with, thereby increasing their circle of dialogue to help move the student from fence-sitting to decision-making.

1. Engage
   The user engages the program selection wizard and uses the search and/or checkbox function to select programs they are interested in
2. Select
   These selections are saved in their “Backpack”
3. Share
   Once user has finished selecting their programs of interest, they can opt to invoke the “share” function, where they can send their choices to their circles of influence to start a decision-making dialogue.
4. Send Emails
   The system behind the app has an automated function that generates an email that will include pre-formatted university content that will insert the users’ choices as part of the email copy. The folks the user has chosen to share with will also all get an opted-in email. Finally, the university will also receive an email they can utilize for lead generation, follow up, even adding to their CRM if applicable, and track the activity and interactions.

   Because the app has empowered the user to opt in and share with other users, this can be leveraged as a recruitment channel across a circle of influencers that can lead the prospect towards deciding to attend the university
3. Metrics
   As the system is tied to analytics, reports can be generated to determine trends and activity around university programs that can also be measured against other activity channels such as the university website
